CD Release concert with Bill Welch Band at Kilbourn Hall, Eastman School of Music12.06.00 Rochester's Bill Welch Band, celebrates the release of its new CD, At the Water's Edge, 7pm Saturday January 6, at Kilbourn Hall, 26 Gibbs Street. The music is easy going inspirational jazz with Latin influences. Tickets are $15 general admission, $7 ages 18 and under.
